Who We Are

Restrictions on Use
Where you have been issued with a login (email address and password) you will not share this login with others. Your login may be used on multiple computers – at home, in the office, whilst travelling – but only computers for your own personal use. A login is for one person’s use. We do not accept generic email addresses such as info@, sales@, comms@, team@ etc. (not exhaustive). Login sharing is a breach of our terms and conditions and when discovered will result in additional subscription costs being levied or the termination of a free trial. We monitor usage of to detect password sharing.
Copyright in any software that is made available for download from the Site belongs to us or our third party licensors and your use of such software is governed by the terms of any licence agreement that may accompany or be included with the software. You must not install or use any software unless you agree to the terms of such licence agreement.
Warranty and Liability

Access – Paid Subscription and Free Trials
To access the full content of it is necessary to take a paid subscription or set up a free trial. In order to purchase a subscription you must provide complete and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details you are confirming you are entitled to purchase a subscription. Unless otherwise stated the price excludes VAT. All prices shall be subject to the addition of Value Added Tax (where applicable) or any other tax payable.
Security: For payment with credit card, will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your credit or debit card details through the use of encryption technology and firewalls. However, “faultless” security does not exist on the Internet. Your credit card number and contact information will be provided to our subscriptions processor HSBC Merchant Services at the time of purchase. HSBC Merchant Services has its own privacy and data collection practices and we have no responsibility or liability for these independent practices. Subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days of the invoice date and the amount paid will be refunded in full. Notice to cancel may be provided by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this notice, which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
