Meet The Team
Banu Tuyakbayeva
Banu joined Responsible Investor in 2015 as an Event Leader, overseeing Asia Pacific with the main focus on Japan. During this time she led a variety of events on ESG, ethical finance and investing, and sustainability. In 2018 she joined RI’s Research department and was in charge of APAC during the "ESG - Do you or don't you" project. She is now leading the "ESG in manager selection" project.
Prior to joining RI, Banu managed events across different asset classes, working on projects commissioned by private and public organisations.
